Job summary

Amgen is seeking a SR ASSOCIATE DIGITAL MANUFACTURING I in North Carolina to lead digital transformation across the plant. You will drive the adoption of AI and advanced analytics, build digital tools, and empower leadership with data-driven insights to improve operations.

The role requires strong programming, data modeling, and collaboration with global digital teams. A focus on lean principles and manufacturing excellence will support continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

Experience with data structures and building analytical models that generate actionable insights.
Ability to present data-driven insights and metrics to leadership while collaborating across functions.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and aligning digital solutions with business goals.
Commitment to operational excellence and lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen).

Responsibilities

Build digital tools to support manufacturing operations and identify improvement opportunities.
Lead data infrastructure and analytics at site level for advanced modeling and big data initiatives.
Integrate and optimize interdependencies between smart technologies and enterprise systems.
Lead digital project execution and governance across initiatives.
Deliver insights through analytics and visualization using SQL, Tableau, and other platforms.
Collaborate with global teams to standardize digital solutions and drive continuous improvement.
