Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Cambridge, MA seeks a Digital Mail Coordinator to manage scanning operations and mail handling at a client site. You will coordinate, prepare, process, and quality check incoming mail for scanning and electronic file conversion, while maintaining equipment and meeting deadlines.

Position Type: Regular Full-Time
Fixed Salary: USD $35.00/Hr.
Under general supervision, is responsible for complete knowledge and understanding of Digital Mail Platform and business rules at client site. Ability to operate scanning equipment including Ricoh, Kodak, Canon, Minolta etc. Coordinate, preparation, prioritize, process and quality check, incoming mail and documents for scanning and electronic file conversion. Receive, Deliver or re-direct and ship physical mail. Complete all projects per customer's requests within established time frames. Maintenance of all scanning equipment and work-space is necessary. Resolve minor technical problems (when there are paper jams or scanning output is not up to par). May also perform other related duties as required.
