Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Indianapolis seeks a Digital M&A Senior to lead IT due diligence, integration, and carve-out engagements. You will guide project workstreams, develop client-ready analyses, and help drive transaction outcomes.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with clients to realize value from digital M&A initiatives. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience may be accepted.
• PMI, Agile and/or Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital M&A integration and due diligence workstreams.
• Coordinate IT due diligence, data room reviews, and diligence calls.
• Develop integration/separation strategies and deliver client-ready analyses.
• Manage project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices.
