Job summary

The role partners with multiple teams to ensure accurate, accessible content and impactful programs, including newsletters and outreach campaigns, with occasional travel for conferences and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, History, Museum Studies, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in classroom teaching or museum education.
• Knowledge of K-12 education and national/state standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate scholarship into content.
• Experience with educational technology and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead online professional learning programs (webinars, virtual workshops) for K-12 educators.
• Develop educational content and teacher resources for digital initiatives.
• Support new digital learning initiatives with instructional perspective.
• Coordinate onsite and offsite teacher programs and conferences.
• Collaborate with historians and educators to translate scholarship into resources.
• Review and maintain educator resources for accuracy and accessibility.
• Contribute to newsletters and outreach materials.
• Collect feedback and analyze data to improve programs.
