Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Digital Learning Designer to transform business needs into scalable digital learning experiences that drive performance, adoption, and growth. You will blend instructional design with multimedia development and AI tools to support onboarding, systems training, leadership development, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, Digital Media, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combo.
• 3+ years designing and developing digital learning content in corporate/educational settings.
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating digital learning solutions including eLearning, microlearning, videos, modules, job aids, and performance support.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to develop learning solutions for complex topics.
• Experience creating accessible, user-friendly digital content and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning courses, microlearning content, interactive learning experiences, job aids, and performance support tools.
• Create multimedia content: videos, graphics, animations, audio, interactive assets.
• Ensure content meets quality, accessibility, branding, and technical standards.
• Test, publish, and maintain learning content in Workday Learning and other platforms.
• Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate content creation and governance.
