The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established, owner-led commercial services company in North Dallas with a loyal customer base and a long track record in DFW. They are building out their marketing function and want a rising star to own digital lead generation from day one.

This is not a role where you sit in the corner running someone else's playbook. You will execute across SEO, content, email, LinkedIn, and analytics, and grow into setting the strategy. You will create marketing in both English and Spanish.

What You'll Do

• SEO & AEO. Grow organic visibility in search engines and AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity), in English and Spanish.
• Content strategy & copywriting. Write website pages, blogs, and persuasive messaging that turns visitors into leads.
• Email marketing. Build and run HubSpot campaigns, automated workflows, and lead-nurturing sequences.
• LinkedIn & creative content. Run targeted LinkedIn outreach and create the photography, images, and graphics that go with it.
• Marketing analytics. Track what's working, report on leads and pipeline, and keep improving results.

Strong writing is the core of this role. You don't need to be an expert in all five areas on day one, but you'll be expected to learn and master each of them, and to grow from executing campaigns into building the strategy behind them.

What You Bring

Required

• Excellent copywriting. You write clear, persuasive English that gets people to act. This is the #1 skill for the role.
• Written Spanish. You speak and write Spanish fluently enough to create marketing content, not just converse.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to quickly learn and master SEO/AEO, HubSpot email marketing, LinkedIn and creative content, and marketing analytics.
• A stable work history — you commit to the jobs, internships, and roles you take on.
• Able to be in our North Dallas office on time, 5 days a week. This role is not remote or hybrid.
