Optimize Search Group in North Dallas is seeking a Digital Copywriter/Lead Generation Specialist to own digital lead generation from day one. You will craft persuasive English and Spanish content, optimize SEO/AEO, and manage LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.

The role requires excellent copywriting, bilingual capabilities, and the ability to learn marketing analytics quickly. This is an in-office, five-days-a-week position in the North Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, business, or a related field.
• Recent graduates welcome.
• Ability to learn SEO/AEO, HubSpot email marketing, LinkedIn, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Grow organic visibility in English and Spanish across search engines and AI answer engines.
• Write website pages, blogs, and persuasive marketing content.
• Build and run HubSpot email campaigns and automated lead-nurturing sequences.
• Run targeted LinkedIn outreach and create accompanying visuals.
• Track leads, report on pipeline, and optimize results.
