Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Strong experience in custom layout design of deep SubMicron CMOS.
• Proficiency in layout floorplanning and hierarchical layout.
• Familiarity with RC delay, electromigration, self heating, and cross capacitance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PDV clean layout for digital macros and libraries.
• Review floorplans and complex circuits with circuit designers.
• Use CAD tools to layout corrections and robust physical design representations.
• Interpret LVS, DRC, ERC reports and optimize layouts.
