Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant for its Laboratory Reinvention practice in the United States. The role focuses on delivering digital laboratory transformations, AI-enabled strategies, and client-focused outcomes across Life Sciences, with hands-on work in LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS, IoT, and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with senior client leaders to define visions, design feasible roadmaps, and drive value through data-driven laboratory solutions while traveling up to 50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Laboratory Science / Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2+ years consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with life sciences R&D, QC, or IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply management consulting and design-thinking to redesign the scientific user experience.
• Shape transformation visions and journey from current state to an to-be enterprise environment.
• Reimagine how AI reshapes the laboratory landscape and data-driven business cases.
• Redesign processes and operating models to enable new data-enabled ways of working.
• Advise on data and system architectures for laboratory solutions.
• Create digital laboratory thought leadership for Life Sciences clients.
• Collaborate with client leaders to gain alignment on recommended solutions.
• Oversee and implement digital solutions such as LIMS, ELN, CDS, and cloud.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations.
