Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to postgraduate degree level or equivalent level of qualification or experience e.g. IT, Business, Health
• Be competent with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience of Product Management: requirements gathering, business process modelling, conversion of requirements to functional requirements, creation of user stories and use cases
• Experience of analysing and documenting multiple complex systems and processes
• Experience of working effectively within a small team

Responsibilities

• Design, testing, implementation and integration of the new Clinisys LIMS and associated digital solutions
• Develop safe, practical and fit-for-purpose digital workflows to streamline processes and reduce waste
• Support quality and compliance requirements and collaborate with regional labs and external suppliers
• Contribute to service improvement or digital transformation projects
