Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a full-time, exempt role on First Shift. You will lead requirements elicitation, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and document requirements for medium to large projects within a Laboratory Information Management System environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years as BA in a commercial oncology lab space, 5+ years lab experience, and a Bachelor’s Degree.

Qualifications

• Four+ years as IT Business Analyst in a commercial Oncology laboratory space.
• Five+ years of laboratory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits and workflow analysis.
• Serve as primary IT Business Analyst on medium to large projects.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance.
• Document business requirements in Use Case and User Story formats.
