Job summary

NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join our client's Orlando team. Hybrid schedule: onsite Mon-Wed, remote Thu-Fri. This contract role focuses on IT projects across web and mobile with Agile practices and PM certification.

The candidate should have 7+ years in IT project management, experience delivering end-to-end projects, and proficiency with SDLC methodologies. Strong stakeholder communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• PM certification or equivalent.
• 7+ years IT experience, including apps, databases, networking, telecom/connectivity.
• 5+ years in a Project Manager role.
• Experience leading small-to-medium application development and infrastructure deployment projects end-to-end.
• Proficient with multiple SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
• Strong ability to lead teams and deliver all project phases (scope, schedule, risk).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple medium and occasional large IT/business projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
• Develop and maintain project plans, adjusting methodologies as needed.
• Drive project execution from initiation to closure across teams.
• Manage communications with sponsors and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Coordinate resources and manage issues, risks, and change controls using PMO tools.
• Own project schedules, critical paths, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Track and forecast financials, including spend versus plan and resource utilization.
• Facilitate project reviews, prepare executive updates, and support audit processes

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid (Onsite M-W, WFH Thu & Fri) contract position.

SALARY:

$66-$70 per hour (depending on experience)
