Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to Housing Authority residents.
• Help connect residents to free and low-cost internet with Google Fiber.
• Secure, refurbish, and reimage donated devices.
• Deploy refurbished devices and maintain inventory.
• Offer on-site and phone-based IT support, including RentCaf assistance.
• Support digital literacy outreach events and on-site office hours.
• Promote basic cybersecurity awareness and safe practices.
• Assist with additional technology access initiatives as needed.
