  • Develops and deploys Digital and IT solutions.
  • Establishes procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology.
  • Delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions.
  • Evaluates and modifies existing technology to meet changing requirements.
  • Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in implementation.
  • Provide after-hour technical support as needed.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • May be assigned disciplines such as Application Programming, Software Support, Database Administration, PC Support, LAN/WAN Support, Help Desk, Engineering Systems, IT Security, Business Systems.

Responsibilities
  • Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations; Understands how applications and technologies impact the business
  • Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations / modifications to streamline & simplify processes while reducing operating costs
  • Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions
  • Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology
  • Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions
  • Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations
  • Overnight travel to remote locations to assist in the implementation of technical solutions as needed
  • Provide after-hour technical support as needed
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members
