Job summary

Citi is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead and supervise digital investment functionalities within the Digital Wealth app. You will guide cross-functional squads (tech, UX/UI, business) and coordinate feature development to ensure a simple, efficient customer experience across channels.

The role emphasizes end-to-end product leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive initiatives in a complex environment, with a focus on governance, risk, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of directing creative agencies for control development work and understanding the agency process.
• Demonstrate understanding of data usage and how data can drive creative execution.
• Knowledge and experience with multi-layered creative reviews and approvals in marketing programs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to audience.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to build consensus across teams.
• Ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with urgency.
• Flexibility in approach to business problems and willingness to adapt to avoid setbacks.
• Strong relationship-building and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and execute marketing creatives and manage multi-channel creative execution, including relationships with partners and vendors.
• Ensure creatives are executed with efficiency, control, and quality.
• Partner with Marketing to understand and execute the creative strategy.
• Provide executional voice to ensure consistent and repeatable design for rollout opportunities.
• Facilitate marketing copy reviews with production teams and partners.
• Coordinate with Legal to update and finalize creative execution setup and specs.
• Deliver communications to customers in the most effective and efficient way.
• Manage day-to-day tasks in program execution.
• Develop partnerships with channel owners to align execution and maintain quality.
