Job summary

FTI Consulting (SC) Inc. seeks a Digital Intelligence Senior Analyst to develop and execute research and analytics products.

You’ll translate data into actionable insights for corporate brand positioning, public affairs campaigns, crisis response and special situations, working with clients across sectors. You will lead analytics, measure campaigns, and identify influencers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic recommendations and new business support.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with demonstrable research and statistical analysis in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, Psychology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on digital intelligence experience in a communications agency, public affairs firm, or digital consultancy.
• Experience with listening and monitoring tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater and Signal AI, with proficiency in building queries using Boolean logic and dashboards for reputation tracking.
• Proficiency in campaign measurement and analytics tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and native platform reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into client-ready narrative and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to FTI offices and client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and monitoring on integrated accounts; communicate coverage and conversation themes clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with CPI&I and wider Strategic Communications teams to deliver integrated, multi-channel programs.
• Contribute to client scoping, proposals and presentations; articulate research methodologies and measurement frameworks to senior audiences.
• Mentor junior analysts; share knowledge; help refine team processes and quality-control for paid media delivery.
