Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Digital Intelligence Senior Analyst in Chicago to develop and deliver analytics products for corporate branding, public affairs campaigns, crisis response, and special situations.

You will work with clients across sectors, contributing to strategy, thought leadership, and business development by leveraging social listening, media monitoring, and stakeholder analysis to drive actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital intelligence experience in communications, public affairs, or digital consultancy.
• Experience with listening and monitoring tools (Brandwatch, Meltwater, Signal AI).
• Proficiency in campaign measurement and analytics tools (GA4, GTM).
• Strong analytical skills translating data into client-ready narratives.
• Experience with SEO/ GEO principles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to FTI offices and client sites as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Own program measurement: define KPIs, build dashboards, deliver reports to clients and teams.
• Analyze campaign data and recommend real-time optimizations.
• Develop knowledge of media measurement methodologies and audience analytics tools.
• Monitor digital and social trends relevant to client industries and objectives.
• Report on performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Brandwatch, Meltwater.
• Identify influencers and stakeholders; provide data-backed engagement recommendations.
• Leverage social listening platforms to track sentiment, share of voice, and campaign impact.
• Serve as primary client contact for analytics and monitoring; communicate themes and volumes.
