Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Digital Intelligence Senior Analyst to develop and execute research and analytics products, translating data into actionable client insights across corporate brand positioning, public affairs campaigns, crisis response and special situations.

You’ll work directly with clients across sectors, shaping strategy and delivery while positioning the firm through thought leadership and client counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital intelligence experience.
• Experience with Brandwatch, Meltwater, and Signal AI.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, and native platform reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and client-ready storytelling.
• Experience with SEO/GEO principles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact for analytics and monitoring.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across Corporate Positioning & Insights and wider Strategic Communications practices.
• Contribute to development of client scopes, proposals, and presentations with methodologies and measurement frameworks.
• Support new business development efforts by contributing analytics expertise to pitches and credential documents.
