Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Digital Intelligence Senior Analyst to develop research and analytics products, translating data into insights for crisis and transformation projects. You will work with clients on brand positioning, public affairs campaigns, crisis response, and special situations across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

Own program measurement: define KPIs at engagement outset, build dashboards, deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
Analyze campaign data to surface actionable insights and recommend optimizations in real time.
Develop knowledge of media measurement methodologies including brand lift studies and attribution.
Monitor digital and social trends and translate findings into strategy for accounts.
Identify influencers and stakeholders and provide data-backed recommendations for engagement.
Use Brandwatch, Meltwater to track sentiment, share of voice, and campaign impact.
Serve as primary day-to-day client contact for analytics on integrated campaigns and collaborate cross-functionally.
Contribute to scoping, proposals and credential documents; support new business development with analytics.
Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge sharing across the team.
