Primary Purpose:
To support the Curriculum & Instruction team by leading efforts in instructional technology integration, data analysis, event coordination, and instructional materials support, ensuring high-quality communication, efficient operations, and alignment with Curriculum and Instruction initiatives.

Education/Certification
- Bachelor's degree preferred
Skills
- Experience managing and supporting digital platforms, online systems, and software applications used for organizational operations, learning, communication, or project management (Canvas LMS, com , Canva, Google Suites, etc.).
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments, stakeholders, and external partners to support programs, initiatives, and organizational goals.
- Ability to maintain, organize, and manage digital content, online resources, websites, or information systems.
- Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn, take initiative, implement, and provide support for a variety of technology tools and systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills with a commitment to supporting diverse stakeholder needs.
- Experience in an educational setting required.
Working Conditions
- Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment, including PC and/or Apple computer systems; Digital camera equipment; Video camera equipment; Printers/Copiers.
- Posture: Must be physically able to tolerate prolonged sitting, frequent standing, occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting, and standing
- Motion: Must be physically able to tolerate frequent standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, frequent keyboarding, and use of a mouse; occasional reaching, occasional driving
- Lifting: Must be physically able to tolerate regular light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds); may require occasional heavy lifting and carrying (45 pounds or more); packing, loading, and unloading for conferences and events
- Environment: Must be physically able to work inside; tolerate statewide travel; regular exposure to noise
- Mental Demands: Must be able to work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress; work prolonged or irregular hours on occasion
- Regular Attendance is an essential function of this position.
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Director in developing, distributing, and maintaining electronic communications, including newsletters, videos, e-newsletters, social media, and SSAS websites.
- Plans, organizes, and executes various annual conferences and events, managing event-specific apps, vendor halls, and engagement activities.
- Assist the Director in gathering and analyzing data related to Curriculum & Instruction initiatives.
- Maintains and updates online courses, performs weekly participant cleanup, and resolves login or session issues.
- Provide support and training for technology platforms, including Canva, Assessment platforms, Monday.com , and library software.
- Assists the Director in providing support to districts with instructional materials and the IMRA and EMAT processes.
- Sets, modifies, and meets short- and long-term professional goals based on self-assessment, reflection, peer and supervisor feedback, and contemporary research.
- Travels as part of job responsibilities
- Maintains a functioning cell phone and is accessible through this phone as deemed appropriate by the director. A functioning cell phone means that it is charged, activated, messages checked, and the mailbox emptied regularly
- Reports for work ready to perform responsibilities
- Performs duties that directly and/or indirectly impact student performance in the Region
- Maintains a professional level of confidentiality regarding all ESC matters
- Supports the mission, goals, and objectives of the ESC strategic plan
- Upholds and adheres to the safety rules and policies of the ESC safety program
- Performs professional responsibilities as required by ESC policies, processes, and procedures
- Manages time, calendar, and job responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Meets proficiency levels of required technology skills as outlined by the supervisor
- Incorporates appropriate technology in daily work and exhibits continual growth in technologies, as outlined by the supervisor

Salary: $250.14 to $299.57 ATP-1
