Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via text message using company-provided methodology
• Engage with customers and prospects with professionalism and empathy
• Enter information from conversations into Enabled swiftly and accurately
• Meet daily activity targets and participate in weekly team meetings
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Coaches and Management on escalated situations
• Attend regular feedback sessions to improve performance
• Perform other duties as assigned
