Job summary

DuPont’s Digital Innovation team seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to turn strategy into disciplined execution across AI, automation, and analytics initiatives. You will own the portfolio rhythm, map dependencies, surface risks, and ensure leaders receive clear ownership and next steps—delivering measurable value at scale.

You will configure Jira workflows, onboard teams, produce concise executive updates, and drive adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical project management or program management experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, automation, and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the Digital Innovation portfolio: planning cycles, governance forums, leadership reviews, and follow-through.
• Turn information into decisions: produce executive updates, dashboards, and decision-ready briefing materials.
• Build the operating system for delivery: configure Jira/boards/backlogs, drive adoption, write docs, and raise data quality.
• Lead adoption and change management with strong stakeholder engagement and training.
