Job summary

DuPont is looking for a Lead Digital Specialist to steer the Digital Innovation portfolio. You will own the operating rhythm, align initiatives across AI, analytics, and automation, and drive Jira adoption across teams. You will translate program signals into actionable decisions for executives.

You will build dashboards, prepare updates, and ensure risks are surfaced and resolved promptly, while partnering with IT, data science, and business leaders to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in technical or program management.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the Digital Innovation portfolio, including planning cycles and governance forums.
• Track progress across AI, analytics, automation, and digital enablement initiatives and surface risks early.
• Lead the Jira rollout end-to-end: project/workflow design, boards, backlogs, reporting, and adoption.
• Produce executive updates, dashboards, and briefing materials for decision-makers.

You will not be handed a playbook; you will write one, and then continuously improve it.**What You'll Do**Keep strategic initiatives movingYou own the operating rhythm of the Digital Innovation portfolio: planning cycles, governance forums, leadership reviews, and the follow-through that happens between them. You track progress across AI, analytics, automation, and digital enablement initiatives, map the dependencies that connect them, and drive the conversations that unblock delivery. Risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional snags get named early and escalated with a recommendation attached, not just a flag.**Turn information into decisions**Leaders across IT and the businesses depend on a clear, current picture of where the portfolio stands. You gather that picture from program teams, vendors, and Center of Excellence partners, then shape it into executive updates, dashboards, and briefing materials that are short, honest, and decision ready. You frame the choice, lay out the trade-offs, capture what was decided, and close the loop on actions.**Build the ways of working**Lead the adoption side of the work: communications, training, and change management that help people use what we build, alongside the responsible AI practices that keep our work trustworthy.**Lead our Jira rollout end to end**Jira is becoming the backbone of how Digital Innovation plans and tracks work, and this role owns that transition. You will define the project and workflow design, configure boards, backlogs, and reporting to match how the team delivers, and partner with platform support teams on administration and integrations. Just as importantly, you will drive adoption: onboarding teams, running training, writing the documentation people reach for, and steadily raising data quality until Jira is the single trusted source of portfolio status.**What Success Looks Like in Year One****Milestones****Three months**You know every active initiative, its owner, its timeline, and its risks, and the leadership update cadence is running on a predictable schedule. Jira is live across the team's core programs with agreed workflows and fields, and every team is onboarded and trained.**Six months**Portfolio status is pulled from Jira rather than assembled by hand, and leadership reviews start from live data.**Twelve months**Decisions, actions, and dependencies live in one place, and the operating rhythm holds.**What You Bring**We care more about how you think and operate than about a specific title on your resume.
