- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops for cross-functional teams.
- Ability to engage executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex systems to identify opportunities.
- Excellent research, synthesis, and storytelling skills to influence decisions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, structure, and facilitate multi-day design thinking workshops for cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align objectives and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Analyze business challenges using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify opportunities.
- Lead user research and synthesize data into actionable strategies and frameworks.
- Partner with product, engineering, data sciences, IT and business teams to ensure executable strategies.
