STV is seeking a BIM Specialist with 3-5 years of professional experience and demonstrated 4D (schedule-linked model) expertise to support planning, coordination, and visualization efforts on complex building projects for our Advisory department in Dallas, TX. This role will work closely with project managers, schedulers, construction teams, and design partners to develop, maintain, and leverage BIM models—specifically 4D simulations—to improve constructability, sequencing, and project outcomes. This position is ideal for a technically strong BIM professional looking to grow within a collaborative project delivery environment.
Compensation Range: $104,402.58 - $119,317.24
