Qualifications

• Excellent academic background.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed underwriting models and financial analyses.
• Prepare materials for Investment Committee and lenders.
• Assist due diligence and deal execution on buy/sell sides.
• Screen potential investment opportunities.
• Perform primary and secondary market research.
• Support ongoing asset and fund management.
• Travel for business development and meetings.
