Responsibilities

Develop underwriting models and financial analyses incorporating scenarios and sensitivities.
Draft memos for Investment Committee, lenders, and investors.
Assist in due diligence and deal execution on buy- and sell-side transactions.
Screen potential investment opportunities and conduct market, comps, and sensitivity research.
Support ongoing asset and fund management duties.
Travel for business development activities and on-site meetings; assist with third-party relationships.
