Job summary

Blue Owl Capital in New York City seeks a Senior Associate to join the Real Assets Investments Team, focusing on portfolio management and strategy for our Net Lease, Real Estate Finance Credit and Digital Infrastructure funds.

You will lead analytical workstreams, support strategic transactions, and liaise with investors, rating agencies and consultants to optimize liquidity, valuations and capital allocations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Real Estate Investing, Real Estate Fund Management or Investment Banking experience.
• Strong experience in M&A and capital markets execution, financial analysis, and modeling.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical workstreams and support strategic initiatives for closed-end/open-ended funds across net lease, real estate credit and digital infrastructure.
• Support M&A and capital markets transactions, including equity raises, private placements, and debt financings.
• Create complex financial analyses for business planning, new product launches, and capital allocation.
