Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
• Strong oral and written communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and form independent judgments.
• Strong accounting and corporate finance knowledge, and financial modeling aptitude.
• Team player with enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity to learn more.
• Interest in investing and real assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential investment opportunities and perform due diligence to develop investment theses.
• Complete due diligence including data room review, industry research, financial modeling, financial statement review, interaction with management, use of consultants, review of third party reports, etc.
• Prepare analyses and memorandums used for internal discussions and formal investment committee approval processes.
• Participate in deal team discussions and presentations with investment committee.
• Assist in the transaction closing, including legal documentation, and perform ongoing monitoring of portfolio investments.
