Job summary

Blue Owl Capital Inc. in New York City is seeking an Associate for the Real Assets Capital Markets team. You will structure, market, negotiate and close financing transactions, domestically and abroad, supporting a broad spectrum of real assets financing activity.

You will build financial models, synthesize quotes, coordinate due diligence, and communicate updates to senior leadership and internal partners while developing lender and broker relationships and contributing to fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, brokerage, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related discipline.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Structuring, marketing, negotiating and closing financing transactions.
• Synthesizing financing quotes and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Communicating updates on financing activities and strategies to internal constituents.
• Managing multiple projects to ensure timelines are met.
• Building financial models to evaluate financing impact to returns.
• Actively managing loans, maturities, and preparing materials for milestones.
• Coordinating due diligence and KYC with internal teams and external partners.
• Overseeing covenants calculation and reporting.
• Preparing deal teasers and soliciting market feedback.
• Developing new lender and broker relationships and supporting fundraising initiatives.
