Reporting to the Director of Digital Information Services, this position collaborates with Legal, Program, and IT teams across Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies. As a member of the IT Operational Support group, this role supports security operations, vulnerability management, and system lifecycle activities, including server maintenance and decommissioning systems. Responsibilities include tracking risks and vulnerabilities in Archer, managing IT service requests, and collecting forensic data from digital devices. Additional duties include advanced computer systems analysis, server administration, user requirements definition, procedure development, and system enhancement or automation. The position requires technical expertise in analyzing complex systems, maintaining server environments, supporting lifecycle activities, developing strategic solutions, and collaborating effectively with business and technical teams.
