Job summary

Atautchikun is seeking a Digital Navigator to support Tribal members with affordable internet access, devices, and introductory digital skills. The role is based in the NANA Village Office and involves guiding clients through applications and providing individualized coaching to help them participate online.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a HS diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year in customer service or related work.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and with patience.
• Willingness to learn digital inclusion resources and programs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate client interactions and assess connectivity needs.
• Advise on free or low-cost home internet options and assist with applications.
• Provide information on affordable devices and repair options.
• Coach clients in using home internet to meet priorities and track progress.
• Maintain records of client interactions and outcomes.
