Job summary

Iron Mountain in the United States is seeking a motivated Imaging Specialist to join our Imaging Centers team. You will be responsible for accurately preparing and scanning physical documents into digital formats, playing a vital part in our information conversion objectives.

You’ll work with a dedicated team to convert hard copy records into high-quality electronic images, following procedures and quality standards while keeping a secure work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and document handling knowledge.
• Ability to work overtime or weekends when needed.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Document preparation: Sort, file, and remove staples before scanning.
• Scanning operations: Operate equipment to produce high-quality electronic images.
• Production compliance: Follow procedures and maintain a clean, secure workspace.
