University of Rhode Island is seeking a Manager of Digital Imaging and Other Services to oversee a centralized digital imaging facility, internal mail operations, and related support services on a full-time basis.

The role includes budgeting, pricing for services, equipment maintenance, and coordination with campus departments. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in a printing/finishing environment; 35-hour work week, Kingston campus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field with related training courses.
• Minimum five years in a digital printing/finishing facility or similar operation.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Mansioni

• Oversee and direct operation of centralized digital imaging facility (personnel, production, equipment, budget, records).
• Manage internal mail delivery and processing of external mail to ensure efficient service.
• Determine cost-effective methods, oversee quality control, prioritize and triage printing orders.
