UBEO Business Services in Middletown, CT is hiring a Digital Imaging Associate to prepare, batch, and verify documents for data entry and imaging workflows. You will handle client-specified source data, maintain accuracy, and meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Strong typing speed and attention to detail are essential, with collaboration to support Digital Imaging Supervisor. Experience with document management tools is a plus, and a valid driver’s license may be required for

Qualifications

• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator.
• Typing speed and accuracy.
• Prior experience in production print/imaging facility or similar environment a plus
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving history
• Good time management skills, extremely detail oriented and a desire to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents according to job instructions per each client’s specifications.
• Compiling, verifying, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
• Maintain a log of completed work
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines
• Maintain levels of productivity and quality based on department standards
