Job summary

UBEO Business Services seeks a Digital Imaging Associate in Middletown, CT to prepare, batch and input documents per client specs. You will handle data entry, verification, and timely processing while maintaining confidentiality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include multi-tasking, quality checks, and coordinating with the Digital Imaging Supervisor. Prior data entry and imaging facility experience are valued; strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven data entry work experience.
• Typing speed and accuracy (40–60 WPM, 98% accuracy).
• Experience in production print/imaging facility or similar environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving history.
• Strong time management and detail orientation; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents according to job instructions per client specs.
• Compile, verify, and sort information for data entry.
• Enter customer and account data from source documents on time.
• Review data for errors and correct any issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.
• Balance multiple projects and maintain productivity.
• Pick up and deliver documents to clients while maintaining relations.
• Provide a bridge to the right person if issues arise.
• Follow instructions and notify supervisor as needed.
• Typing 40–60 WPM with 98% accuracy.
