The University of Kansas invites applications for an instructor to teach a course on digital history at undergraduate and graduate levels. This instructional, adjunct faculty position is non-tenure track and is a Spring 2027 term appointment.

Duties include designing and delivering lectures, developing course materials and syllabi, grading work, and advising students, with ongoing collaboration with colleagues and adherence to department and university policies.

Qualifications

• MA in discipline or relevant field OR BA in discipline & 5 years of relevant experience
• Terminal degree in discipline OR Master’s and 7 years of relevant experience.
• Record of research, scholarship or achievement in discipline.

Responsabilités

• Teaching in a specific field, developing course materials, developing and managing syllabi, creating lectures and assignments, grading student work, advising students and holding office hours.
• Collaborate with colleagues, stay current in the field, and adhere to departmental, school/college and university policies and procedures.
