Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join its enterprise legal team.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare regulatory law, technology, and patient care, serving as a legal architect for domestic commercial operations and advising on regulatory considerations for new and existing offerings. The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in commercial contracting, risk assessment, and balancing legal risk with business needs in a fast-paced digital health

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an attorney in digital health, life sciences or healthcare.
• Experience with regulatory matters relevant to a digital health provider; reimbursement/licensure/credentialing a plus.
• Understanding of business processes in a digital health company and ability to assess legal risk.
• Previous in-house experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements using playbooks and clause libraries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure favorable and operationally sound contract terms.
• Manage redlines, issues lists, and approval workflows through execution; document deviations.
• Maintain and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to reduce cycle time.
• Negotiate and document SLAs, data handling/retention, audit rights, and business-continuity provisions.
