Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to support regulatory and commercial contracting for domestic operations. You will advise on AKS, Stark, False Claims Act, FDA requirements, HIPAA, data protection, and collaborate with Product, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and Marketing to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

This high-impact role requires 5+ years as an attorney, plus JD and active U.S. bar admission, with preference for in-house digital health experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an attorney in the digital health, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
• Experience with regulatory and commercial contracting matters.
• In-house experience is a plus.
• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate payer/customer agreements, data sharing agreements, BAAs/DPAs, SaaS/technology agreements, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure terms are favorable and operationally sound.
• Maintain templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to reduce cycle time and drive consistency.
• Negotiate and document SLAs, data handling/retention, audit rights, business continuity, and termination/transition terms.
