Qualifications

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements using playbooks and clause libraries.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure favorable and operationally-minded terms.
• Manage redlines, issues lists, internal alignment, and approval workflows.
• Maintain and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to reduce cycle time.
• Negotiate and document SLAs, data handling/retention, audit rights, and termination terms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across payer/customer, SaaS, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with Product, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and Marketing to ensure compliance.
• Manage redlines, issues lists, and approvals throughout execution.
• Develop and refine templates, clause libraries, and playbooks for faster cycles.
• Negotiate SLAs, data handling, and business continuity terms with stakeholders.
