Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements using playbooks and clause libraries.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to balance commercial and operational needs.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks applicable to healthcare contracts and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (payer/customer, data sharing, BAAs/DPAs, SaaS, MSAs, SOWs).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure terms are favorable and operationally sound.
• Manage redlines, issues lists, approvals, and documentation of deviations.
