Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer, scanning and office experience preferred.
• Detail-focused with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Convert paper medical records into electronic format with high data integrity.
• Perform data entry and scanning using high production scanners.
• Index documents into the permanent legal medical record and ensure quality checks.
• Follow policies to secure missing documentation and avoid data loss.
• Maintain and troubleshoot scanning hardware as needed.
