Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks a contracts attorney to draft, review and negotiate payer, vendor, SaaS, data sharing, BAAs/DPAs, MSAs and SOWs using playbooks and templates.

You will coordinate with Product, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and Marketing to ensure regulatory and privacy compliance (AKS, Stark, FDA, HIPAA) and to support policy development and training. The role emphasizes improving templates and workflows to balance risk with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements using playbooks and clause libraries.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure contract terms are favorable and operationally-minded.
• Manage redlines, issues lists, internal alignment, and approvals through execution.
• Maintain and improve templates, clause libraries, and playbooks to reduce cycle time and drive consistency.
• Negotiate and document SLAs, data handling/retention, audit rights, and termination/transition terms.
