Job summary
The Toro Company, Bloomington HQ, is seeking a Digital Growth Manager to drive data-led growth across digital channels, e-commerce, and lifecycle programs. You will own strategy, ROI, and optimization roadmap, partnering with Sales, Product, IT, and Analytics to remove friction and grow post-sale revenue.
Ideal candidates have senior-level experience in front-end e-commerce, demand generation, and analytics, with a proven ability to connect channel activity to incremental revenue and customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, Data Analytics or related field.
- 8–10+ years in digital growth, demand generation, lifecycle marketing or related roles.
- Strong foundation in analytics, automation, and performance measurement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead digital growth strategy across e-commerce, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, automation, and post-sale engagement.
- Own front-end e-commerce growth, site experience, conversion paths, and digital merchandising.
- Lead demand generation, CRM programs, and post-sale revenue initiatives.
- Guide UX/UI optimization and measurement to improve conversion and ROI.
