The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in digital marketing, strong CRM and automation skills, and a data-driven mindset to optimize campaigns and customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience including CRM management, marketing automation, or marketing operations.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lead nurturing, customer lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
• Experience with website content management systems and digital marketing tools.
• Strong creative, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative, customer-centric digital marketing ideas that support brand objectives and lead generation.
• Manage website content, landing pages, product information, and digital user experiences.
• Develop and execute customer communication strategies across email marketing and lifecycle programs.
