Job summary

PWNA is seeking a Manager of Digital Fundraising and Design in Addison to lead the strategy and execution of digital fundraising and donor engagement initiatives. You will oversee campaigns across online and mobile channels, manage vendors, and ensure data-driven improvements to revenue and donor experience.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing digital fundraising strategies.
• Experience with donation forms, surveys, landing pages, newsletters, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for digital fundraising and design across online platforms.
• Oversee Google Ads and Microsoft Ads grant programs.
• Develop and test digital engagement campaigns and donor communications.
• Collaborate across departments to align fundraising with branding.
• Manage external vendors and coordinate with PWNA vendors.
