Job summary

MissionWired is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead direct-response strategies for nonprofit partners, focusing on supporter engagement, digital fundraising, and advocacy. You’ll help clients run best-in-class programs that advance missions and drive meaningful revenue across channels.

You will manage cross-functional teams, design innovative campaigns, and guide client planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in-house nonprofit or agency experience in digital fundraising and marketing for nonprofit organizations.
• Proven client management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with eCRM platforms such as Engaging Networks, Salesforce, or EveryAction.
• Passion for making our world a better place.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies that maximize grassroots fundraising by integrating breakthrough creative and tech resources, including custom, proprietary solutions.
• Design innovative digital fundraising, advocacy, and communications campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement client campaigns over all digital channels, including email, web, social media, and search.
• Generate relationships with new nonprofit partners.
• Assess client KPIs and ensure maximum ROI of digital campaigns.
• Advise clients on industry best practices and emerging strategies.
• Provide clients with strategic marketing planning, including revenue forecasting and budgeting.
• Work with client teams, including technology and creative, to manage resources and timelines on projects.
• Identify prospective clients in need of our services and drive opportunities for us to design and pitch engagements.
• Providing top-quality customer service to clients, including regular reporting and invoicing.
