Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years fundraising/marketing or sales experience.

• Experience with Eloqua and Salesforce; HIPAA awareness a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Be the team expert on digital acquisition strategy.
• Manage Eloqua assets, templates, forms, and landing pages.
• Maintain data quality and integration workflows.
• Develop and execute A/B testing to optimize engagement.
• Coordinate with Marketing & Communications to align messaging.
• Support budgeting and reporting for digital fundraising programs.
