Job summary

PIMCO is hiring a Manager, Digital Fund Enablement to manage the enablement of fund events on our 22 regional marketing websites. Fund pages are among the most trafficked, and you will ensure accurate and timely representation of launches, mergers, and liquidations on pimco.com.

You will partner with Marketing, Product Strategy, Fund Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Engineering to manage day‑to‑day updates, coordinate releases, and uphold standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business or Finance.
• 3–5 years of asset management or financial services experience.
• Experience coordinating fund events across multiple regions.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Digital enablement of funds on regional pimco.com sites, coordinating fund events across all regions.
• Coordinate releases with Engineering, ensuring launch readiness and QA.
• Support regulatory and disclosure updates with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Operations.
• Triage feedback with Digital Product Management to prioritize requests and data fixes.
• Maintain Fund Pages Product Guide and update documentation for regulatory changes.
• Own and improve digital fund enablement processes across teams and regions.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows using AI.
• Ensure marketing compliance reviews are completed before going live.
