Job summary

PIMCO Europe Ltd. is hiring a Manager, Digital Fund Enablement to manage fund event updates on the regional Pimco websites. This hands-on role focuses on accurate representations of fund lifecycle events, launches, mergers and liquidations.

You will coordinate releases with Engineering, ensure timely, compliant pages, and sustain regulatory disclosure standards with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Operations. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in asset management are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in asset management, financial services or related fields.
• Experience with fund marketing content and regulatory disclosure requirements across jurisdictions.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Digital enablement of funds on regional marketing websites across Pimco sites.
• Release coordination with Engineering to QA and deploy fund-related updates.
• Regulatory and disclosure adherence supported with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Operations.
• Feedback intake and issue triage with Digital Product Management and Engineering to improve processes and data flow.
• Continuous improvement of manual processes through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
